Shipping Policy

We proudly offer free UK shipping! Please note that we require 1 to 3 business days on average to fulfil your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 6 to 16 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

We work with vendors from all over the world to share their products, with some of our products shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

We will not be liable for any covid related or shipping issues outside of our control due to using third party suppliers and distribution channels.

Any shipping times within the cart or checkout are estimated delivery times only.

Any handling and delivery times stated on product pages are approximate delivery times only.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email of your order and an update on the whereabouts of your parcel after 7-10 days of purchase. 

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. By placing an order at Pet Attire, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Pet Attire so please ensure you have chosen the correct sizing; please ask if you are unsure. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Pet Attire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If our tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it; please report it to Pet Attire and we will provide you with the correct information in order for you to contact your local distribution centre.
