Returns Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at operated by Castle Digital Ltd. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.   • For any product valued at over £10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
  • Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, colour, etc. of your product to avoid any returns or exchanges.
  • Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).
  • Refunds will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return at our return address.
  • We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping
  • Any item(s) that have been purchased and then exchanged will not be allowed to be refunded and will qualify for store credit.
